If homeowners are not home, they must have someone over the age of 18 there at the time of service

​You must book calls with the homeowner unless the account specifies otherwise

Commercial and Rental properties must have a CC on file prior to booking

Must put notes on the location page for anything the customer is having issues with or anything everyone needs to know about this customer

When printing things off to send to a customer make sure to print in color
